Office hours

At Huisartsen Ganzenhoef we provide these consultation & office hours:

Walk in consultation

Intended for one short question or minor complaint. A consultation is about 5 minutes. The walkin consultation has been stopped indefinitely since corona.

General appointment

Consultation hours are from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. You can make an appointment online after logging in on our web application or by calling the assistant. An appointment is 15 minutes. If you have complex or multiple complaints, ask the assistant if a double appointment is required. The end of the afternoon is reserved for emergency appointments of 10 minutes.

  • Dr. Bom holds consultation on Monday afternoon, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Dr. van der Pas holds consultation on Monday, Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday.
  • Dr. van der Woude holds consultation an Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursaday morning.

Evening appointment

On Monday to Thursday evening from 17:00 to 18:00 there is an evening consultation by appointment. This is done by Dr. van der Pas on Monday, Dr. van der Woude on Tuesday, Dr. Bom on Wednesday en Dr. Scherer on Thursday. You can make an appointment with the assistent for things like ear cleaning or a PAP test for de screening program as well. The appointments can only be made on the day the consultation is held.

Home visit

When you’re too sick or unable to come to the practice the doctor can come to visit you. Please request a home visit a day in advance or as early as possible on the day (before 11:00). With emergencies we naturally come right away.

Sexual health consultation

In this particular consultation you can come with questions, problems and complaints about your sexual health or concerning anticonception in a confidential setting. The consultation is performed by doctors assistants Sherida, Angela or Deborah on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. They have completed a special sexual health training. They can give advice or make an appointment for you with your doctor.

Minor surgery

In our practice we do minor surgical procedures. Precisely which small operations we perform, can be found on the Care services page.

High bloodpressure consultation

Our assistants Angela and Deborah have a special consultation for patients with high blood pressure (hypertension). She is specially trained for this. We will actively contact everybody known to us with high blood pressure so that at least once a year blood pressure and some blood values are checked. To simply measure your blood pressure, you can always make an appointment at the assistants general consultation, or your GP.

Consultation hours for patients with diabetes mellitus, COPD and asthma, cardio-vascular disease and smoking cessation

On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 our nurse pratitioners Guylene Tchinda, Samira Balouah and Deborah Samuels hold consultation for diabetes patients, COPD and astma patients, patients with cardio-vascular disease and people who want to quit smoking.

Psychological problems consultation

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays our Therapists Keetje de Boer and Ingrid Sporkslede have consultations for patients with mental problems.

Consultation Social Domain

Two half days per week, on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning our nurse practitioner social domain Leanne Beukers has consultation hours. You can get an appointment with her through the doctor, doctor’s assistant, POH somatics or POH GGZ. This consultation hour is part of the project Krachtige Basiszorg. Consultation for vulnerable elderly

The POH elderly works in our practice 3 days a week and mainly visits the people at home. You can get an appointment with her via the doctor, doctor’s assistant or POH somatics.

Open year round

The practice is open all year round. We’re not closed for vacations. The doctors alternately go on holiday. In that way at least one of the regular general practitioners is always present.

Passersby patients

Passersby patients are patients who are not subscribed in our practice. This can be a relative who is visiting and in need of seeing a doctor, or someone who had a working accident near the practice.
We do see those temporary patients in our practice. Since we cannot charge the insurance companies directly for these visits, we do charge the patient a fee. Usually these costs can be reimbursed to your insurer. These costs are not subject to your “own risk”.

These rates are determined by the Dutch Health Authority (Nederlandse Zorg Autoriteit).
